ALPHA OILS - RACE TECH RT-1000 SYNTHETIC
Alpha Oils Race Tech RT-1000 Synthetic Engine Oil is a race-proven lubricant formulated to provide high load carrying characteristics, minimum foaming and maximum resistance to thermal degradation. Exclusive chemistry reduces internal friction and enhances power output under extreme service conditions. It is recommended for engines burning gasoline and/or high octane fuels in track and street applications.
Alpha Oils Race Tech RT-1000 meets the performance requirements of virtually all naturally aspirated, turbocharged and supercharged petrol/gasoline fueled vehicles.
Alpha Oils Race Tech RT-1000 Synthetic Engine Oil Advantages:
* High performance and protection for today’s engines that run at high RPM
* Enhanced anti-foam system helps protect the engine even during extreme stress.
* Enhanced additives protect against high temperature deposits, you get a better cleaner engine
* Friction modifiers help improve power output. * Superior deposit protection compared to industry standards.
High Zinc/Phosphorus: Contains roughly double the zinc of standard passenger car oils to provide a sacrificial protective layer on critical engine parts.
Performance Levels: Meets API SP, SN PLUS, and SL requirements.
Extreme Protection: Features friction modifiers to boost horsepower and an anti-foam system to maintain oil film strength at high engine speeds.

Why Alpha Oils RT-1000 & Why It’s Race Proven!
* Turbo Protection: In a high performance, high powered setup, turbochargers experience massive heat spikes. Alpha Race Tech RT-1000 oil provides a "cushion" of thermal stability that thinner oils might lose during back-to-back passes.

* Safety Margin for Stage 1-4 Builds: For engines making over 300kw and above, performance tuners often recommend a minimum of an SAE-40 weight with an HTHS of 3.9 or more to prevent shear loss (thinning) under peak boost.

* Fuel Dilution Resistance: Turbocharged drag engines are prone to fuel dilution. Using the Race Tech RT-1000 with a15.3 cSt base ensures the oil remains within the protective range even if small amounts of fuel gets past the rings during high-boost runs.

* Drag Racing Specifics: Since drag racing involves short bursts, the oil must resist thinning out at the end of the race or quarter-mile when heat is at it’s highest. This Race Tech RT-1000 is preferred by builders for its repeatable protection without causing excessive drag compared to a heavier 50-weight oil.
